CANCELLATION POLICY
Dr Damian Teo reserves the right to cancel any portion of the residency if needed. If the residency is cancelled by Dr Damian Teo, a full refund of the course fee paid by the registrant will be given (no admin fees applied).
Should you need to cancel your registration, all cancellations must be made, in writing via email, to dtteo@hotmail.com. Where no written notice of cancellation is given, or a failure to attend the course, there will be no refund issued.
Cancellations made before Feb 1st 2025 are credited or refunded in full.*
Cancellations made after Feb 1st 2025 will be refunded 50% per attendee*
For all cancellations, an administration fee of $150 will be charged. In this case, $150 will be deducted from your refund.
In the event that local regulations in VIC restrict group meetings, the course will be rescheduled. If a rescheduled date cannot be made, the course will be cancelled and a full refund of the course fee paid by the registrant will be given (no admin fees applied).
