Sleep & TMJ Study Club Terms and Conditions

  • Only AHPRA Registered Practitioners are to register in the courses run by the Sleep & TMJ Study Club.

  • All Practitioners attending any courses run by the Sleep & TMJ Study Club are required to have current professional indemnity insurance cover.

  • All course participants are to refer to Australian Dental Board Guidelines for Scope of Practice and Registration Standards and to work within their own scope of practice.

  • All dates and venues are subject to change.

  • Some contents may change within the course/s.

FILMING

  • All 6 days of the TMD & Sleep Mini Residency 2024 will be professionally filmed and recorded for future rewatching

  • There will be NO livestreaming

  • Cancellations made before Feb 1st 2025 are credited or refunded in full.*

  • Cancellations made after Feb 1st 2025 will be refunded 50% per attendee*

  • Recording will be made available 1-2 weeks after the course is finished (filming crew will need time to edit and upload content)

  • Recordings will be made available for all registrants for 12 months after the course is finished

     

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Dr Damian Teo reserves the right to cancel any portion of the residency if needed. If the residency is cancelled by Dr Damian Teo, a full refund of the course fee paid by the registrant will be given (no admin fees applied).

  • Should you need to cancel your registration, all cancellations must be made, in writing via email, to dtteo@hotmail.com. Where no written notice of cancellation is given, or a failure to attend the course, there will be no refund issued.

  • Cancellations for the 2025 Mini Residency made before Feb 1st 2025 are credited or refunded in full.*

  • Cancellations for the 2025 Mini Residency made after Feb 1st 2025 will be refunded 50% per attendee*

  • For all cancellations, an administration fee of $150 will be charged. In this case, $150 will be deducted from your refund.

  • In the event that local regulations in VIC restrict group meetings, the course will be rescheduled. If a rescheduled date cannot be made, the course will be cancelled and a full refund of the course fee paid by the registrant will be given (no admin fees applied).

  • Cancellations made within 1-2 weeks of the course start date have an option of a 50% credit on the account, to be used for future courses, within 12 months from the date of the course, but there is no refund.*

    * If the original payment was made by credit card, the credit card transaction fee cannot be refunded.

 

  • Privacy Policy:
    -Dr Damian Teo values your privacy and will NOT give details of any course participants to a third party.
    -Any arrangement/s made between TMD & Sleep Mini Residency 2025 participant and the third party is outside the involvement of Dr Damian Teo
    -Any patient information needs to be de-identified if presenting or discussing cases
