CANCELLATION POLICY

Dr Damian Teo reserves the right to cancel any portion of the residency if needed. If the residency is cancelled by Dr Damian Teo, a full refund of the course fee paid by the registrant will be given (no admin fees applied).

  • Should you need to cancel your registration, all cancellations must be made, in writing via email, to dtteo@hotmail.com. Where no written notice of cancellation is given, or a failure to attend the course, there will be no refund issued.

  • Cancellations made before Feb 1st 2025 are credited or refunded in full.*

  • Cancellations made after Feb 1st 2025 will be refunded 50% per attendee*

  • For all cancellations, an administration fee of $150 will be charged. In this case, $150 will be deducted from your refund.

  • In the event that local regulations in VIC restrict group meetings, the course will be rescheduled. If a rescheduled date cannot be made, the course will be cancelled and a full refund of the course fee paid by the registrant will be given (no admin fees applied).

  • Cancellations made within 1-2 weeks of the course start date will have no refund.*

    * If the original payment was made by credit card, the credit card transaction fee cannot be refunded.
